Welcome to Tree's Restaurant and Catering! My name is Chef Shannon, and I’m so excited to share my story with you. Growing up in Louisiana, I learned the importance of food as a way to bring people together. As I began to explore the rich flavors of Italy, I realized the magic that happens when you combine both cultures. Tree's Restaurant is where Italian and Creole flavors come together, creating something truly unique.

The idea for Tree's came from my love for two things: family and food. The dishes I create are inspired by my roots in Louisiana, with a strong Italian influence. It's about combining the richness of both cultures in a way that feels like home, no matter where you’re from. Whether it’s our handmade ravioli or Shrimp and Grits, every dish reflects a part of me and my journey.
